PRICING

Two plans.
One workspace.

Essential is £99 a month. Growth is £149 a month. The diary, phone and store are the same. Growth changes the writing allowance.

Monthly subscriptions in GBP. Manage or cancel in the billing portal. Stripe processing fees apply to clinic sales. Kiera takes no commission on those sales. Allowances renew each month and do not roll over. One standard number is included. Further numbers are quoted separately.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Who is Kiera for?+

Medical, hair and scalp, aesthetic and other independent clinics. Kiera brings the everyday work around your care together: patient details, appointments, writing, products and payments. The current workspace supports one owner and one appointment diary per clinic.

How do clinic payments work?+

Create or connect your own Stripe account from Kiera. Purchases are processed on your clinic’s account. Kiera subscriptions are billed separately, with no additional Kiera transaction commission.

Can I try the workspace?+

Yes. Explore the interactive preview with fictional clinic data. Preview actions never create real patient records or take payments.

What can the AI do?+

Both plans include 200 AI receptionist minutes and one standard UK or Irish number. Essential includes 300 writing credits. Growth includes 3,100, in place of 300. Reception can answer approved business questions, take messages and book into the Kiera diary after setup. Your business reviews every written draft. One credit is one successful draft. SMS, outbound calling and external booking integrations are separate.
